Let's start creating a backgroung/frame

Change the ascii code for frame, I choose 176 my favorite background

Change the background to white by pressing "b", to show the shadow effect for box later.

Change forecolor by pressing "f" and choose black

Let's start creating a shadow box

this is the default box, you can change the colour by pressing "b" or "f", you can change the title/footer by pressing ALT+T/ALT+f, if you want leave title/footer blank just press enter after edit dialog appear.

Change forecolour, pressing "f"

Change background to Red, pressing "b"

Change box title (ALT+T)

Move the box to the left by pressing LEFT/RIGT or CTRL+LEFT/CTRL+RIGHT

Adding text, this is the default text, you can change it by pressing ALT+T and change it's colour by pressing "b" or "f" and move it around by pressing LEFT/RIGT or CTRL+LEFT/CTRL+RIGHT

This is sample of simple layout created by this tool :D, you can save it by pressing escape and change the name of prg file.

I got no luck creating file releases in sourceforge, so fo now just download the file from here:
